COVID-19 Policy & Procedure.

In accordance with previous Scottish Government announcements, Dental Practices are open and allowed to provide routine dental treatments. However, due to the procedures we've put in place to provide a safe environment for both patients and staff, it does mean we will be able to see significantly less patients on a daily basis compared to before.

As a result there is a waiting list to work through and we will prioritise emergency treatments. We will do our best to try and accommodate all patients as soon as possible. Some changes that we have introduced, to make our practice as safe an environment as possible, for our patients and staff include: fallow time between appointments, deep cleaning between patient visits, increased surgery ventilation and use of enhanced PPE.

When attending the practice for your appointment:

• You must wear a face covering.

• Use the hand sanitiser at the entrance.

• Attend your appointment alone where possible (unless one adult accompanying a child).

• Attend on time to avoid unnecessary crowding in the waiting area.
